Okay. Just McDonalds. Burgers are mostly warm too. The cocoa-cherry bag tastes delicious!

Got food and one of us had to go to the hospital for food poisoning. Before he had only eaten something from you.

Here you are forced to wear a mask in the Mc Drive despite the safety distance and partition Why are you forced to do this, the statement about the protection of employees is ridiculous, because they sit behind the window, wear a mask, the customer sits in the car at a distance. Conclusion: Not recommended!

Things have been going very quickly lately, food is warm and prepared as needed. Cheesburger fresh.

Since the new system was introduced, the quality has unfortunately suffered a lot. Almost always everything is cold and dry, mostly half of it is missing. In the salad bowl were 3 slices of tomatoes and a maximum of 5 small leaves of lettuce with no best-before date labels. The souer cream ordered separately was sweet chili sauce, the fries were cold and the production label of the cherry bag was torn off and it was also cold. Unfortunately, disappointing again.

I understand the holiday nobody says what but then you should change the opening times like every other provider really disrespectful, that's why I will no longer visit 1 star in kaiserslautern visit opelkreisel

Couldn't make a cheesburger before 10.30 ... it works anywhere in Germany ..

Quick service, even if long line of cars waiting for drive thru...never had any complaints!

As always and everywhere at the Drive Inn you have to repeat your order umpteen times and you feel asked 1000 times for the drink and mayo or ketchup ... Annoying

They served me a bun-free double cheeseburger that was really tasty!

Employees ARE rushed and FINISHED IN A CHORD! I have no idea what's going wrong! The FRIES that were once so delicious were oozing with fat and were simply "NOT SUITABLE FOR EATING"! The cashier was in control when I DIDN'T WANT the color of the glass for the menu! Rainbow, wouldn't it exist anymore ??? But NO MATTER, I won't go to Mc`s for a long time anyway!

McDonald's with everything that goes with it. They currently have the glass promotion (take a McMenu and get a free glass). Nice 🙂

The order terminals make it quick anyway, but in times of the Corona it is even faster due to the lower number of customers. I went to the cafe and got delicious cakes and coffee. It's not a pastry shop, of course, but the quality is still good.

Not only the unfriendliness of the staff has become standard here, but also the unsanitary conditions in the restaurant and on the toilet are absolutely no longer acceptable in times of Corona. The staff had to be reminded several times to please disinfect our table which had leftovers from the previous customers. In addition, our food was cold and tasted not the real thing. Not to be recommended anymore.

Serves was fast and the food was nice and hot. Very delicious!!! Friendly staff also.

Usually very busy and sometimes they mess up my order but the food isn't bad.

No matter the time of day that I come they are slow. 0400, 1100, 1900, 2300 - it doesn't matter. The one time they were fast, they gave me 3 extra sandwiches, all were none that I ordered, and then they didn't even give me the actual sandwich I ordered. 30.6.20 After today’s visit if I could give them a 0 out of 5 I would. Terrible old but refried nuggets and French fries. Last chance ever.

The staff was too unable to tell me that I cannot pay 2 coupons in one bill. Instead of giving it to me separately, the lady at the counter kept it from me and simply left out my order. I've never had such a bad experience! Not recommendable! Sincerely yours

A Small parking lot surrounds the building. They have, like quite every other McDonald's, the tablets to order right in the entrance to place your order autonomously. Always pretty full, seen its position right on the Autobahn. Orders are VERY OFTEN wrong, especially in busy moments, risking health complications in case of allergies, so please, double check your food! Food happened to be cold and dry more than once. Overall an average McDonald's.

Fast Food

The only Mc Donalds we always have trouble. I wonder why we came back this often. One time we ordered a Breakfast burger through the drive in as we were in a rush to get to a appointment further away. instead i drove back 10 minutes later to complain about my burger as it fell apart and looked like someone had stepped or sat on it.it was gross. ( not the first time) i had to wait 20 minutes for a new burger. the employees are unfriendly and uneducated. they dont speak good english or german and are very rude. you always wait forever for your food. they dont take their own coupons and always claim to have ran out of products, toys and the glasses or the monopoly game stickers. suggestion...closing it would be easier honestly. they dont do their job and it doesnt seem like they want to be there anyway. been wanting to leave this comment for a while but kept seeing the good in people. nope.

Very friendly, but they kept messing the orders up. If it's slow they are great, if it gets busy you'll probably hate your visit
